What size office boiler you need
5-litre reservoir. 15 to 30 users
Small office tea-points, boardroom kitchens. Fast reboil, compact wall-mount footprint. Not big enough for anywhere with concurrent demand (multiple people making tea at the same time).
10-litre. 30 to 60 users
The most common office spec. Handles morning-cup and post-meeting-cluster demand without running dry. Wall-mount is standard.
20-litre. 60 to 120 users
Larger offices, small factories, healthcare staff rooms. Bigger unit, still wall-mount usually. Reboil kicks in fast enough to keep up with sustained demand.
40-litre and larger. 120+ users, hospitality, industrial

Why hard-water areas need proper filtration
Most of the South East, the Home Counties and much of the Midlands sits on chalk aquifers, meaning mains water is medium-hard to hard. Without proper filtration, scale builds up inside a boiler's reservoir and heating element, reducing efficiency and eventually killing the unit.

What is an office water boiler?

How is a water boiler different from a boiling tap?
A boiling tap is a fixed-position tap combined with an under-sink reservoir. Neat, integrated into your existing sink, suits offices with a modern kitchen. A standalone water boiler is a separate wall-mounted or countertop unit with a much bigger reservoir. Boilers are the right answer when demand is high (50+ users) or when there's no sink to install a tap into.
How much does an office water boiler cost per month?
We quote per site. Pricing depends on capacity (5-litre, 20-litre, 40-litre), filtration spec, wall-mount vs countertop, and site complexity. Every rental is all-inclusive (equipment, installation, six-monthly service, filter changes, 24-hour breakdown cover) with no per-callout charges. Fixed quote provided after a free site survey.
What size office water boiler do I need?
Rough sizing: 5-litre reservoir for 15-30 users, 10-litre for 30-60 users, 20-litre for 60-120 users, 40-litre for 120+ or heavy-use environments (factories, healthcare, hospitality). Reboil speed matters as much as capacity. A smaller boiler with fast reboil often works better than a bigger unit with slow reboil.
Where do office water boilers get installed?
Wall-mounted above a worktop is the most common. Takes no worktop space, out of the way of the main work area. Countertop is an option for offices without wall-mounting space or where the boiler needs to be portable. Either way we handle installation, plumbing to the mains cold-water supply and the electrical connection.

How long does a water boiler last?
A well-maintained commercial water boiler runs cleanly for 8-12 years. Six-monthly service (descale, seals check, filter change) is what makes the difference. Our rental model includes all of that, so the equipment stays reliable across the contract.
What about hard water? My office is in a scale-heavy area.
