Office water delivery UK
Scheduled office water delivery, run by our own drivers.
19-litre refillable bottles delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly across London and 13 surrounding counties. Bottle swap, cooler check and spent-bottle collection all included.
Office water delivery is the operational side of workplace bottled water: the van, the route, the driver, the schedule. Get it right and the customer doesn't need to think about water at all. Bottles arrive on cadence, cooler stays full, empty bottles vanish for cleaning. Get it wrong and you get phone calls at 4pm about a run-out and a missed delivery slot.
This page is the working guide to office water delivery. How the schedule works, what a good delivery includes, per-bottle pricing, and how our own driver-and-van model differs from suppliers who subcontract the last mile.
How office water delivery works
The delivery, unpacked
1. Scheduled cadence, not on-demand
Deliveries run on a repeating weekly, fortnightly or monthly cycle, calibrated to your consumption. Route geography sets the day. Every postcode has a specific route day, which we confirm at contract signing.
2. What arrives on the day
A properly-run delivery does five things on your site, in 5–15 minutes:
- Bottle delivery. New bottles brought in on a hand truck, placed in your storage area or swapped straight onto the cooler.
- Bottle swap. If the cooler has an empty or near-empty bottle, the driver swaps it for a full one.
- Cooler check. Quick visual check that the unit is working, no leaks, drip tray not overflowing.
- Spent-bottle collection. Empties go back to the depot for cleaning, sanitisation and re-issue to another customer.
- Receipted delivery note. Signed for by reception, records what was delivered and collected. Ends up on your invoice.
3. Bottles are refillable and returned
Every 19-litre polycarbonate bottle is refilled, cleaned and re-issued many times over 3-5 years before retirement. This is the circular part of the industry. Spent bottles never go to landfill. See our delivery guide for the fuller picture.
Delivery frequency
How often to expect a delivery
| Team size | Weekly consumption | Recommended cadence |
|---|---|---|
| 5–10 people | ~1 bottle | Monthly (4 bottles per delivery) |
| 15–25 people | ~2 bottles | Fortnightly (4 bottles per delivery) |
| 30–50 people | 3–4 bottles | Fortnightly or weekly (6–8 per delivery) |
| 60–100 people | 6–8 bottles | Weekly (8–12 per delivery) |
| 100+ people | 10+ bottles | Weekly, sometimes twice-weekly |
Cadence is calibrated in the first month based on actual consumption. Adjustments are standard, not exceptional.
What we deliver
The range of bottled water we deliver
| Product | Best for |
|---|---|
| 19-litre polycarbonate refillable (commercial standard) | The default choice for most UK offices. Refillable, returnable, cost-effective. |
| Spring water (branded source) | Premium option for client-facing offices where source-branded water matters. |
| Filtered mains water in bottle | Value option. Sustainably filtered, no source water shipped in. |
| Cooler rental (bottle-fed) | Included as part of the account. Separate from the per-bottle cost. |
We quote per site. Pricing depends on consumption cadence, bottle type and delivery volume. Volume discounts apply on larger regular deliveries.
Own drivers, own vans
Why the delivery model matters more than the water
Every Aquathirst delivery is done by an Aquathirst driver in an Aquathirst van on a route the same driver has run for months. That's not just an operational preference. It's the difference between a supplier who actually shows up and one who occasionally sends a courier.
National suppliers often use third-party logistics providers for the last mile in outlying regions. That works fine until it doesn't. A missed slot becomes a phone call to a helpdesk who can't reach the driver who doesn't work for them. Our vans run planned routes with own drivers, so when something needs to happen, it happens.

Office water delivery. The questions we get most
How does office water delivery work?
Deliveries run on a scheduled cadence. Typically weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Set at contract signing to match your office consumption. Each delivery: new bottles brought in on a hand truck, spent bottles collected for return to depot, cooler visually checked, delivery note signed. The whole thing takes 5–15 minutes on-site.
How much does office water delivery cost?
We quote per site. Total cost depends on your team size, consumption cadence, bottle choice and cooler spec. Every account is all-inclusive on the cooler side (rental, service, filter changes, breakdown cover) with the bottled water invoiced per delivered bottle. Fixed quote provided after a free site survey.
How often should office water be delivered?
Cadence should match consumption. Small offices (5-10 people) typically receive 1 bottle per month; mid-sized (15-25) receive 2 bottles per fortnight; larger (30-50) receive 3-4 per week. The right cadence sits at "comfortable buffer, no stockpiling". Enough to avoid running out, not so much that bottles sit in storage for weeks.
Can I choose my delivery day?
Delivery days are set by route geography, not customer preference. Each postcode area is served on a specific weekday. Requesting a specific day works if it aligns with your postcode's route day. We confirm your route day at contract signing.
What if I need extra water this month?
Extra bottles can be added to any scheduled delivery on request. For urgent needs outside the route schedule, we can usually arrange a next-day drop for a small surcharge.
Do you deliver to homes as well as offices?
Yes, though our main focus is offices and business premises. Home delivery is available across our service area for customers who want the same quality of bottled water at home.
What areas do you deliver to?
London plus 13 surrounding counties. Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Warwickshire. All deliveries are by our own drivers in our own vans.
What if I have a shortage between deliveries?
Cadence is calibrated in the first month to avoid this. If a genuine emergency shortage happens (unexpected event, visitor surge), a same-day or next-day emergency delivery is usually possible in-area. Small surcharge for out-of-route drops.
