The range

What we install

Single-action boiling water taps

100°C on-tap for tea, coffee, hot water for cleaning. Child-safe lock as standard. Neat, kettle-replacing solution for smaller offices where chilled water is already available from a separate cooler.

4-in-1 taps. Boiling, chilled, ambient, sparkling

Everything from one fixture. Undersink boiler and chill/carbonation unit, wired to the mains via a multi-stage filter. Handles 15–50 users comfortably. Our most-installed option for offices doing a modern kitchen refit.

Standalone office water boilers

Wall-mounted or countertop units for busy tea-points. 20+ litre reservoir, fast reboil, high throughput. Common in offices of 50+ people, factory break rooms and healthcare sites. We size and specify during the site survey.

Under-counter and pod-style boilers

Compact reservoir units hidden under the counter, dispensing through a discreet tap on the worktop. Good for design-led kitchens that want the functionality without the visible tap furniture.

Frequently asked

Boiling taps and office boilers. The questions we get most

Are boiling water taps safe in a workplace?

Yes. All the taps we install have a child-safe lock that must be pressed before the boiling water is released. The lever then needs to be held down for water to flow. In two decades of installs we have not had a safety incident.

What is the difference between a boiling tap, a 4-in-1 tap and a standalone office boiler?

A single-action boiling tap dispenses only 100°C water. A 4-in-1 tap combines boiling with chilled, ambient and sparkling in the same fixture. The neatest single-unit solution. A standalone office boiler is a wall-mounted or countertop unit that dispenses boiling water only, sized for busier offices (30+ users) where a tap alone would not keep up.

How much electricity does a boiling tap use?

Modern boiling taps are insulated and well controlled. Typical office usage compares favourably with a busy kettle being boiled six or seven times a day.

Will it replace the kettle entirely?

For most offices, yes. Tea and coffee, instant noodles, hot water for cleaning. All of it comes from the tap. A few of our customers keep a kettle in a drawer for the occasional power cut.

What about chilled or sparkling water?

Our 4-in-1 systems combine boiling with chilled, ambient and sparkling from the same fixture. Worth considering if you would otherwise need a separate cooler alongside.

How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed in under an hour by one of our engineers. We need access to the under-sink area and a nearby plug socket. We will check both during a free site survey.

How big an office can one boiling tap serve?

A single-action tap handles 15–30 users comfortably. A 4-in-1 tap with a well-sized undersink boiler unit handles 30–60 users. For 60+ users we usually specify a standalone wall-mounted boiler that dispenses much larger volumes on demand.

Do you install boiling taps in hard-water areas?

Yes. Every install includes a multi-stage filter with a scale-reduction cartridge, changed every six months on scheduled service. This is essential in London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and much of the South East where mains water is medium-hard to hard.

What does it cost?

It varies with the model and the level of service cover, so we quote per site. Every rental is all-inclusive: equipment, installation, filter changes, six-monthly servicing and 24-hour breakdown cover, with no per-callout charges. Fixed monthly quote provided after a free site survey.

What areas do you install in?

London plus 13 surrounding counties. Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire. All installs and service calls are handled by our own engineers.
