How we install and service
Every install and service visit is handled by an Aquathirst engineer. All directly employed, trained in-house and scheduled by our team in Watford.
The process
What to expect
- 01
Consultation
A short call to understand the site, the team size, the current setup and how often water and coffee are used. Usually takes about twenty minutes. If we do not think we are the right fit, we will say so.
- 02
Design & quote
We specify the equipment that suits your space and usage and put together a fixed monthly quote. The figure includes the equipment, installation, scheduled servicing, consumables and breakdown cover, itemised so you can see what is included.
- 03
Install
On the agreed day, an Aquathirst engineer arrives in a marked van and uniform. They fit the equipment, walk through the controls with whoever is on site and clean up before leaving. Most installations are complete inside an hour.
- 04
Ongoing service
Scheduled filter changes, servicing visits and 24-hour breakdown call-outs are all included in the monthly fee. One number to ring, and the same team picks up each time.
- 05
Long-term care
Quarterly account check-ins, software updates pushed remotely where applicable, and a named account manager for as long as you are with us. A number of our accounts have been customers for over ten years.
