Every engineer is on our payroll, trained by us and scheduled by us. They turn up clean, install in under an hour, and come back when it is time to service.

The process

What to expect

  1. 01

    Consultation

    A short call to start. What is the space, who uses it, how is everyone drinking water now? About twenty minutes. If you do not actually need anything, we will say so.

  2. 02

    Design & quote

    We pick the unit for your team and send a fixed monthly quote. Servicing, consumables, breakdown cover, all itemised. The price you see is what you pay.

  3. 03

    Install

    Our engineer arrives in clean kit on the agreed day, installs the unit, runs through the controls with whoever is on site, and tidies up. Most installs finish in under an hour.

  4. 04

    Ongoing service

    Filter changes, servicing visits and 24-hour breakdown cover, all part of the monthly fee. One number to ring. The same team picks up each time.

  5. 05

    Long-term care

    Quarterly check-ins, remote software updates and a single point of contact for as long as you are with us. Many of our customers from year one are still with us. That tells us most of what we need to know.
