Coffee machines

Office coffee machines, supplied and serviced

Commercial bean-to-cup machines for workplaces of every size, from Jura, Bestir and other commercial brands. One monthly fee covers the machine, the install, the servicing and the beans.

What we supply

Bean-to-cup, fresh-ground, every cup

Aquathirst supplies commercial bean-to-cup coffee machines from Jura, Bestir and other established commercial brands. The machines grind beans on demand for every cup and froth fresh milk at the press of a button. The team gets cafe-grade coffee without anyone having to leave the office.

We pick the machine to suit the team size, the volume of coffee consumed and the space available. A small unit for a fifteen-person office is a very different machine to one feeding a hundred-person breakout area. We will scope the right fit during a free site visit.

Every install includes the machine, the beans, the milk handling, installation, scheduled servicing and breakdown cover. One monthly fee covers the lot, with no callout charges on top.

Why bean-to-cup

The right fit for most offices

Office coffee broadly comes in three formats: instant, pod-based and bean-to-cup. Pod systems are convenient but the per-cup cost adds up and the waste is significant; instant rarely satisfies anyone past the second day. Bean-to-cup machines sit in between on capital outlay but win comfortably on per-cup cost, quality and waste once they are running.

The machines we supply are designed for commercial use. They handle fifty to several hundred cups a day without losing quality, and they include automatic rinse cycles to keep the milk lines clean between uses. We monitor them where the machine supports it so we know about a fault before the team does.

For most offices we work with, bean-to-cup is the right pick. We will say so if it is not.

Sized to the team

Three machine sizes, roughly

Compact (10–30 people)

Counter-top bean-to-cup with a small milk fridge attached. Handles flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos and americanos. Suitable for one tea-point or break-out kitchen.

Mid-size (30–80 people)

Larger bean hopper, integrated milk fridge, faster cycle times. Designed for offices where multiple people are making coffee back-to-back at the start of meetings or after lunch.

High-throughput (80+ people)

Twin grinders, large milk fridge, multi-drink selection. Suitable for breakout areas, agency floors and hospitality reception. We can specify dual machines for very busy sites.

Common questions

Office coffee machines, answered

How many people does a typical office machine serve?

Most of the bean-to-cup machines we supply are sized for offices of fifteen to a hundred and fifty people. For smaller teams we recommend more compact units; for larger floors or breakout areas we can specify higher-throughput machines with bigger bean hoppers and dual milk lines.

Do you supply the beans?

Yes. Beans are part of the monthly fee, and we will help you pick a roast the team will actually drink. Most accounts get deliveries on the same route as their filter changes and bottle exchanges, so it is one logistics arrangement, not three.

What about milk?

The machines handle fresh dairy or plant-based milks. For larger offices we recommend an integrated milk fridge that connects to the machine directly. We will spec it as part of the install.

What happens if it breaks?

Call us. One number, one in-house engineering team. Most issues are diagnosed remotely and either resolved over the phone or scheduled for a same-day or next-day call-out. The cost is included in the monthly fee.

How long is the contract?

Month-to-month with a thirty-day notice period. We have never used long lock-ins to keep customers and we are not about to start.

What does it cost?

Typical office accounts sit between £80 and £250 per month, depending on the machine, the volume and whether beans and milk are included. We will provide a fixed monthly quote once we have understood the team size and how often the machine will be used.
