Our story
Twenty years on, still family run.
Aquathirst started in 2006 with one van and a single phone line. Twenty years later, we are still family-run from the same Watford yard. The team has grown, the fleet has grown, but the way we run the business has stayed the same.
Most of the feedback we hear from customers is not about the equipment. It is about the basics: engineers turning up on time, calls answered when you ring, problems sorted on the first visit. They sound obvious, but they are what people switch suppliers for.
We are small enough that whoever picks up the phone will know your account and your equipment, and we are resourced to look after multi-site contracts properly. Family-run, Watford-based, serving London and 13 surrounding counties.

In-house engineers
All our engineers are directly employed and trained in-house. Most accounts get the same engineer for repeat service visits, so they know the kit and the site already.
Less single-use plastic
Mains-fed installs replace bottled water deliveries. Where bottle fed is the only option, the bottles are reusable and the packaging is recyclable.

A number of customers who came on board in our first year are still with us today. We have never relied on long contracts or lock-ins to keep accounts. Customers stay because the equipment works, the engineers come when they are meant to and the bills do not have surprises in them.
