Where we operate
Aquathirst is family-run from Watford. We supply and service workplace refreshment across London and 13 surrounding counties — the South East, East of England, East Midlands and the western edge of the West Midlands.
How it works
Engineers, routes and account managers
We deliver, install and service workplace water systems, coffee machines and vending across our service area. The business is run from our Watford yard and we use our own fleet, our own engineers and our own service routes. We do not subcontract installation or servicing to third parties.
For accounts in Hertfordshire and London — our home patch — the same engineer typically handles everything from install onwards, with same-day call-outs achievable for most issues. Further out in the service area, we run consolidated routes so an engineer is already in the area on the day of any scheduled service visit.
Every account gets a named account manager, a single number to ring and one monthly invoice covering the whole estate, whether that is one office or twenty.

London and Hertfordshire
Our home patch. Daily routes cover all London boroughs and Hertfordshire — Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage, Borehamwood and the rest. Same-day call-outs are achievable for most accounts here.
The Home Counties
Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire — Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Luton, Reading, Slough, Guildford, Woking, Oxford. We cover these on regular service routes from Watford.
Kent and Essex
Maidstone, Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells, Chelmsford, Colchester, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding towns. Regular routes east and south-east from our Watford base.
Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire
Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough. Mid-distance routes covering the A1 and M1 corridors.
The East and West Midlands edge
Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham, Mansfield. These are the further reaches of our routes — service is on regular scheduled visits rather than same-day call-outs.
Outside our area?
Straight answers
If your office is outside the 14 counties listed above, we will be honest with you about whether we are the right fit. For multi-site contracts that span our area and one or two sites outside it, we can often make it work. For single sites a long way from our routes, a local supplier will usually serve you better — and if that is the case, we will say so.
