Sanitisation and service records
Every unit gets a six-monthly service with sanitisation and filter change, and we keep service and sanitisation records per unit, available on request. That is useful if your practice is asked to show how drinking-water equipment is maintained.
Hot water in staff areas only
Boiling water taps and water boilers belong in staff kitchens, not patient areas where children and vulnerable people are present. Every boiling tap we fit has a child-safe lock, but placement is the main control.
Mains-fed for permanent sites
For permanent surgeries and clinics, mains-fed coolers remove bottle handling and storage, which is one fewer thing for reception staff to manage. Bottled coolers suit temporary clinics and sites where plumbing changes are not allowed.
